標記元素中文化
使xml文件標記元素、屬性呈現中文化解說的方法：
1.在xml文件內，點選功能列上Document
2.點選XML Document
3.點選Associate Schema
4.點選RelaxNG Schema（Compact syntax），URL選用新的Schema→ok
在文件首便會出現新增的聯繫<?oxygen RNGSchema="../../schema/gazetteers.rnc" type="compact"?>
而後，標記時，當打"上角括"，其所出現的元素表，每一個元素將會有中文解釋。
或者，將游標移到元素或屬性上時，也會出現中文解釋。
